Very cozy restaurant and delicious food. Small drawback, as the service, although not fully occupied, seemed slightly annoyed at the beginning and acted a bit uncoordinated. When it got empty she was very nice; otherwise there might be more service staff. Otherwise really nice place, we'll be back.

Nice classic German restaurant with some modern touch. Dishes are generally prepared with good care. Staff are friendly and nice. Wine bottles seemed to be at "restaurant prices" as nearby wineries offer great alternatives for much more friendly prices.

We spent a very nice evening there for two. Very friendly and attentive service. All dishes are very tasty and always with an original and positively surprising note. We recommend!

The operator cannot smile. Several visits, she never made it, no matter with which guest. She is loveless, hypothermic and has therefore the restaurant no atmosphere, and which the guests bring with it is subdued by her. One has the impression that one is only one piece of equipment instead of a guest. But there is no reason to complain. The restaurant and the courtyard are nice but appealing. Goes great with the great old house, which is well prepared. The quality of the dishes is always good, but a little too high a price tries to suggest a league in which the dishes are simply not. They lack that certain something. The wines from our own house are really great! I would rate the wines alone: ​​6 out of 5 points. 5 points in the achievement and 2 points deduction for the "attitude in the B-grade" and 1 point deduction for the attempt to reach in price too high a league before it is the dishes. Unfortunately makes a 2nd pity.

Very nice ambience! We had to wait 1:45 hours for our meal! Note from the boss: We just came to the wrong time window. No apology or espresso etc. I would say the price-performance ratio is not correct, too expensive for the quality. There are many better restaurants on the Wine Route.

We did a wine tasting. The boss gave a little introduction to each wine. Of course you can choose a few wines, or even be surprised. The taste is something for everyone and the quality is excellent. The food we did not try, but properly bought wine. The ambience is rustic and well maintained.

One of our absolute favorite restaurants ever. Small seasonal card. The dishes are very well presented and taste on a level that is rarely served! Even dishes that I rather not like, taste great here. The whole thing is completed by a cozy atmosphere, very very nice staff, good wine and fair prices. We look forward to the next time.

A small restaurant in the center of Maikammer (between Landau & Neustadt) family run, neat and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Very clean and inviting. Reservations should be made in advance. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. The menu is very clear for what ends up on the table is also exquisite. Who expects huge portions here is out of place. These are enough to fill you well without being over-eaten. The selection of one is larger but quality wines from the region. That money what you pay in the end is quite justified. We heartily recommend this restaurant and would visit again.
